Yes, our stray kitty has remained unnamed other than being called SK.
Here is an update for those of you who haven't read my blog post from yesterday.
SK has now become a indoor house cat. Once SK decided he would come inside the house we can't get SK to go outside at all now. I guess kitty knows he found a good home and that it nicer inside than out and also much safer.
Since SK is now indoors, we discovered SK isn't a she, but is a he. I know you must be thinking...How could we make that mistake??? Well, we could never get close enough to get a good look. SK would drop it's tail or sit if we came near.
So, put your thinking caps on, and think of a good name, as our new feline household member remains unnamed other than being called SK. Remember, there will a prize in the offering if we select the name that you suggest. The prize..a Tim Holtz product for embellishing.

I couldn’t leave a comment! So…I think SK’s name should be Ozzie…Oz, for short. It’s keeping with the fact that you love The Wizard of Oz so much!

How about the name Pepper. I have 2 reasons for suggesting this. One, I had a cat named Pepper, when I was a little girl. She lived with us a long time, even after I got married. The second reason is because he looks like someone dropped a whole box of pepper on his back. LOL
Hummmmmmmmmmmmmm......when I lived in Nashville I worked for a company called daltile...we had a kitty that lived there for years and years....she became well know even around out plant in TX.....her name was......Kitty......."Dal Kitty"......LOL...So how about KITTY!!!!
I think you should call him Sir King - keeps his initials and he looks like a king and we all know who will rule the roost.

I was hoping it was a female then you could name it Lili-Pad for your Mother, but since it is a male my suggestion would be KISSA which is simply cat in Finnish. Or since it is a stray cat that you have adopted then you could call it Kulkukissa which is of course stray cat in Finnish, but that is just too long (aren't all Finnish names too long?). How about Kari? Ahto? Jumala? Hiisi? My vote is KISSA. Can't get any simplier than that - Cat.
