I got up early this morning and created this New Year card. It's a simple card, but it gets the message across. This is the first time that I've used the clear number stamps that I bought on clearance last year at Wal Mart. I like the big size of the stamped numbers. I didn't get a lot of time for art in 2011, but am hoping that I will in 2012.
This morning was time to hang my new 2012 Wizard of Oz calendar.
I hope you enjoyed your New Year's Eve celebrations. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year! May you have good health, happiness, love and plenty of time for art. Oh, and I won't be making any New Year resolutions, because never seem to be able to keep them. I will try to set some goals and see how that goes. Can you keep to the New Year resolutions that you make..if you can..good for you!!!! Wish I could.

Happy 2012! I like your card. The Wizard of Oz calendar should be fun; I always enjoy picking out a kitchen calendar (one I can write all over) for the year (this year's is 1,001 places to see before you die).
