Happy New Year

Wishing all of my blog readers a Happy, Healthy New Year. May 2014 be a good year for you.
2014  is starting off  really cold here in southeastern Massachusetts. The weather men on TV are predicting a big snow storm with anywhere from 8-14 inches. Hopefully it will be light and fluffy since it has been so cold the past several days, but living fairly close to the coast one never knows. Most of the time we get the heavy, wet snow.

So tomorrow hopefully as I have a pot of turkey soup simmering on the stove I can create something. It has been much too long. I bought a few strands of beads on sale so maybe I will make some earring/bracelet sets to have on hand to give as gifts. Maybe I can also create something  artsy with paper and inks, and maybe sew a little bit too. At least that is my plan for the day.

I filled all of the  bird feeders in the yard this afternoon and I also filled the dish outside for the stray outdoor kitties I feed daily.  I ran last minute errands for my aunt and my parents earlier today so I don't have to worry about anything tomorrow, but staying in where it will be warm.

Wishing you all the best for this New Year. Happy Creating. Peace, Joy and Love to all.

Elaine

P.S...I just wanted to share this photo that I found on Pinterest today. I laughed out loud when I saw it. Poor kitty. :-)
